SAMPLE ITINERARY - ONE DAY TRIP ( FULL DAY)
Sample Itinerary — 1 Day Trip (Jaipur → Padak Chapli → Sariska → Jaipur)
Time Activity Details
6:30 AM Departure from School (Jaipur)
Students and teachers assemble at the school premises. Roll call, safety briefing, and departure by comfortable bus for Padak Chapli, Alwar District.
9:30 AM Arrival
at Padak Chapli Adventure Zone Welcome and orientation by the Wild Wonders team. Students are briefed on trek safety, environment rules, and “no-litter” practices.
9:45 AM – 11:30 AM
Guided Trek & Nature Exploration Light-to-moderate trek around the Padak Chapli hill region. Children discover local plants, bird calls, and scenic landscapes under instructor supervision.
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Refresh & Snacks Break Students return to base, freshen up, and enjoy light refreshments and drinks.
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Transfer to Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary Group boards buses and departs for Sariska. En route, guides share stories about the region’s wildlife and history.
1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Sariska Wildlife Safari Students board gypsies and canters for the thrilling wildlife safari. They spot deer, peacocks, monkeys, and if lucky — a glimpse of the tiger! Guides also highlight different trees, birds, and conservation efforts.
4:30 PM – 5:00 PM Exit .
After the safari, students freshen up at the exit point and enjoy light snacks before the return journey.
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Return to Jaipur Group departs for Jaipur. Expected arrival back at school by 7:00 PM, marking the end of a memorable one-day adventure.

🗓️ Day 1 — Adventure & Exploration

7:00 AM Departure from School
Students and teachers depart by bus for Padak Chapli Adventure Park, Alwar District. Teachers will conduct an en-route safety and conduct briefing.
9:00 AM Arrival at Padak Chapli Adventure Park
Welcome and orientation session. Children are briefed about the site, safety guidelines, and responsible behaviour — including respect for nature and the importance of keeping the area litter-free.
9:30 AM – 10:45 AM
Guided Nature Trek A scenic and light trek around the adventure park introducing students to the surrounding hills, vegetation, and natural landscape under instructor supervision.
10:45 AM – 11:00 AM
Refresh & Short Break Students return to base and freshen up. Washrooms available at the site.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Adventure Activities Exciting adventure activities under trained instructors with all safety gear and supervision. Background music to create an energetic and enjoyable environment.
12:00 PM – 12:15 PM
Snacks Break Students enjoy light snacks and beverages after completing the trek and adventure activities.

Depart for Sariska Retreat Resort Group boards the buses for the resort. Short scenic drive through the Aravalli landscape.

Check-in & Lunch Room allotment for students and teachers followed by a wholesome lunch.

Rest Time Students and teachers relax in their rooms after lunch.
4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Evening Fun & Group Games Music-filled outdoor sessions focusing on teamwork, group spirit, and light-hearted competition. Activities are conducted under staff and teacher supervision.
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Evening Cultural Show Traditional Kathputli (Puppet) performance combined with storytelling to give students a glimpse of Rajasthan’s vibrant folk culture.
7:45 PM – 8:45 PM
Stargazing Session “Journey to the Stars” – guided telescope session where students observe planets and constellations and learn about the night sky.
9:00 PM – 9:45 PM
Dinner Buffet dinner served in the dining area. Teachers and tour staff ensure a calm, supervised mealtime.

Lights Out Students return to rooms for rest under teacher supervision. Day 1 concludes.
🗓️ Day 2 — Wilderness, Wonders & Return Journey

Morning Assembly & Departure for Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary Students and teachers gather at the resort lawn for roll call and instructions before departure. The group proceeds to Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary for a guided nature safari.
6:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Sariska Nature Safari Students board gypsies and canters for a thrilling wildlife safari experience through the forest. Guides and instructors help children identify animals, birds, and trees native to the Aravalli region. The session combines observation, curiosity, and environmental learning.

Short Refreshment Break A brief stop within the sanctuary’s designated zone for snacks, hydration, and restroom use. During this break, guides share engaging stories and fun facts about Sariska’s wildlife, its famous tigers, and conservation efforts.
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Return to Sariska Retreat Resort Students return from the safari and freshen up at the resort.
12:00 PM – 1:15 PM
Brunch & Check-Out A hearty brunch is served at the resort before departure. Students gather belongings, check-out from rooms, and board the buses.
1:20 PM – 3:45 PM
Visit to Bhangarh Fort En route to Jaipur, the group halts at Bhangarh Fort, one of Rajasthan’s most intriguing heritage sites. Instructors narrate fascinating stories and legends associated with the fort, blending history, folklore, and fun.
4:00 PM
Depart for Jaipur Students board buses for the return journey to school.
6:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Arrival at School Estimated arrival back at school. Students are received by parents/guardians, concluding the Wild Wonders Tours experience.

Depart for Padak Chapli in buses.
8:00 AM — Arrival at Padak Chapli Campsite + Breakfast
Welcome by the Wild Wonders ground team.
Fresh, simple breakfast served at the campsite.
Introduction to the area and safety instructions for outdoor activities.
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM — Guided Nature Trek + Activities
A 3-hour immersive, supervised outdoor experience:
Guided nature trek through the scenic Aravalli terrain.
Bird-watching session — spot local species with help from our guides.
Clay pottery activity — hands-on, child-friendly and fun.
Quiet time in nature: touching rocks, observing trees, listening to forest sounds.
Hydration breaks + rest points planned throughout.
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM — Lunch at the Campsite

Time to relax and hydrate before the next leg of the trip.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM — Travel to Bhangarh
Board buses for Bhangarh Fort.
Light storytelling on the way: introduction to Bhangarh’s history, legends, and architecture.
2:00 PM – 5:30 PM — Explore Bhangarh Fort & Surroundings
A guided heritage experience designed to be exciting yet safe:
Walk through the fort premises and ancient structures.
Learn fascinating stories, myths, and historical facts about Bhangarh.

5:30 PM – 6:00 PM — Return to Sariska Retreat Resort

Traditional Kathputli (puppet) performance brought to life by local artists.
Engaging storytelling session with folk tales and moral themes.
A warm, cultural evening designed to spark imagination.
8:30 PM — Dinner
Buffet dinner served in the dining hall.
Teachers ensure students wind down and prepare for the night activity.
9:45 PM — Stargazing Session + Lights Out
Guided stargazing session under the clear Sariska sky.

After the session, students return to their rooms for lights out and rest.
📅 DAY 3 – SARISKA TIGER SAFARI + RETURN TO JAIPUR
6:45 AM – Wake-Up & Morning Prep
Students freshen up, pack their bags, and assemble in the resort courtyard with teachers.
7:00 AM – Depart for Sariska Tiger Safari
Loaded into gypsies/canters under teacher supervision, students begin an exciting morning wildlife exploration through Sariska Tiger Reserve.
What the children experience:
Spotting wildlife such as deer, peacocks, langurs, birds, and (if lucky!) the Royal Bengal Tiger.
Learning fun facts about Sariska’s ecology, animal behavior, flora, and conservation efforts.
Guided storytelling about the history of Sariska and interesting jungle myths.
Snacks & Tea:
Light snacks and tea served during the designated safari break.
12:30 PM – 1:00 PM – Safari Concludes
Children return to the resort after the guided nature experience.
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM – Lunch at Sariska Retreat Resort
A wholesome meal is served. Final head-count, hydration check, and brief rest before departure.
2:30 PM – Depart for Jaipur / School
Buses leave the resort. Teachers and tour leaders ensure all belongings are packed and students are comfortably settled in.
5:30 PM – Arrival at School
Students arrive safely at school, where parents receive them.
Tour coordinators hand over any lost-and-found items and confirm all students have returned.
